Organizational Leadership Track
Classes Begin May 18th
At Crossway Institute, every course is intentionally designed to foster holistic growth in Knowing, Being, and Doing by helping students grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and practical ministry skills. Each course includes college-level training. Students gain academic readiness and confidence for higher education if they feel called to continue.
Our Growth Tracks are more than standalone programs—they serve as pathways into ministry, leadership, and vocational opportunities. Students who complete a track may transition into accredited degree programs at Grace Christian University. They continue with a strong foundation in spiritual formation and hands-on experience. Whether you’re just starting or looking to go deeper, these tracks are designed to support your development in life, learning, and leadership.
For those leading, or aspiring to lead…in church, nonprofit, or organizational contexts, the Organizational Leadership track focuses on key leadership principles such as strategic planning, governance, team development, and ethical decision-making. Students are equipped to steward influence wisely and lead with vision, integrity, and effectiveness. It’s ideal for executive pastors, ministry directors, and emerging leaders. The track helps you expand your capacity for organizational impact.
