Course Structure & Learning Format
How long do courses last?
Courses follow a 6-week format (5 weeks of study + 1 grace week)
What does a typical course look like?
Each course includes 1 to 1.5 hours of weekly lectures (live or recorded), discussion posts (1 original + 2 responses per week), written assignments, and/or quizzes/exams.
How do I access my course materials?
Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to our online Learning Management System (LMS), where you can watch lectures, participate in discussions, submit assignments, and track your progress.
Student Eligibility & Enrollment
Do I need ministry experience?
No! Our courses welcome all believers, from beginners to seasoned leaders.
Can I take courses at my own pace?
Courses follow a structured 5-week format, but within each week, you’ll have the flexibility to complete lessons, discussions, and assignments at times that work best for you.
Can I take just one course, or do I need to enroll in a full track?
You can enroll in individual courses or commit to a full ministry track—whatever best fits your learning goals.
Tuition & Payment
How much do courses cost?

Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
While we don’t offer traditional financial aid, we do provide flexible payment plans and limited scholarships may be available based on need and availability
Do you offer group or church discounts?
Yes! Churches enrolling multiple students may qualify for special rates. Contact us for more details.
Certification & Accreditation
Is Crossway Institute accredited?
Not yet! However, our courses are designed for real-world ministry effectiveness, and some may be transferable to partner institutions.
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes! Students who complete a course will receive a certificate of completion, and those completing a full track will receive a ministry training certificate.
Can credits transfer?
Yes, to Grace Christian University and potentially other institutions (check with their admissions office).
