OUR leadership programs

Practical Learning. Flexible Pathways. Leadership That Grows With You.

Courses may be taken individually or combined into focused certificate pathways, allowing leaders to develop practical skills while continuing to serve in the organizations and communities where they are already making an impact.

Our certificate programs are designed to help you grow as a leader—wherever you serve:

Leadership Essentials Certificate
Leadership Essentials Program:

6 Courses | Approximately 1 Year
Develop practical skills in leadership, teams, organizational culture, strategy, stewardship, governance, and organizational effectiveness.

Ministry Essentials Certificate
Ministry Essentials Program:

6 Courses | Approximately 1 Year
Build a strong biblical, theological, and practical foundation for effective leadership and service within the local church.

Individual Courses
Learn what you need. Grow at your own pace.

You do not have to complete a certificate to learn through Crossway. Individual courses may be taken for personal growth, professional development, ministry preparation, or lifelong learning.

Choose the courses that best support your goals, interests, or current responsibilities—whether you want to strengthen your leadership, deepen your biblical knowledge, develop a specific skill, or simply continue learning.

Individual courses are open to anyone and may also be applied toward a Crossway certificate.
