Ocasio, an ordained minister and higher-education executive with over four decades of experience spanning business, higher education, ministry leadership, and organizational strategy. Dr. Ocasio provides strategic direction and oversight for each engagement, ensuring clarity, alignment, and sustainable execution.
In addition to Dr. Ocasio’s leadership, select members of the Crossway faculty and coaching team may provide specialized support based on the needs of each organization. When targeted expertise is required—particularly in focused financial or operational areas—Crossway collaborates with trusted advisory partners. Throughout every engagement, Crossway maintains primary strategic oversight to ensure mission alignment and cohesive execution.
